What is LULLA?
LULLA exists to make you feel good, all day every day. We know just how chaotic and demanding life can get, and we believe it’s important to find joy and comfort every single day. Which is why each and every one of our pieces are designed to feel like an embrace welcoming you home.
Where and how are LULLA garments produced?
Our beautiful pieces are designed in Malaysia and produced in China. Instead of mass producing and creating large amounts of pollution and waste, we have opted to ensure efficiency and quality with small batch production runs.
Is LULLA sustainable?
We are constantly learning and improving wherever we can along the way to produce quality garments that are made to last. As a team, we regularly discuss ways we can improve in order to make the very best decisions for our own conscience and for yours, when you invest in our pieces.
We aim to make a difference in the way clothes are designed, worn and valued. LULLA pieces are designed to look timeless and feel more comfortable with time, whilst minimising waste as much as possible, wherever possible. From upcycling our deadstock to make scrunchies right down to our packaging (like switching to 100% recyclable-grade plastic and our reusable canvas bags that all your purchases come in), every step has been considered for the long run.
Sustainability is definitely a work in progress and we plan to continue making changes and decisions that help better our environment and business. Being ethical and sustainable is just as important to us as creating pieces that our customers love.

Do you restock styles?
From the design stage, we aim for each and every piece in our collection to be versatile and timeless — pieces that will work for everyone’s everyday wardrobe. If there is a huge demand for a sold out design, we try our very best to cater to it without compromising our small batch production runs. We also add new colourways in our bestselling designs to keep everyone excited.
How do I care for my LULLA pieces?
Each LULLA design is unique, so we recommend reading the care instructions on your garment and each individual product page.
As a general rule, we advise handwashing or cold machine wash under a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag to ensure longevity. Do avoid putting your LULLA garments in the dryer as fabrics and other components (e.g. elastic waistband) may shrink in high heat.
P.S. cold wash and air-drying is better for the environment too!
How do you come up with your pricing?
We try to source for the best fabrics and details, in quantities that make financial sense for us as a business. We understand that LULLA’s prices may not be necessarily accessible to everyone, and because we produce in small quantities, factories charge us a premium.
It still seems expensive, are the products worth it?
Of course we’d say yes! Again, we are big fans of slow fashion - better for you, and better for the environment. Unlike a formal dress or super high heels, our products are designed to be worn daily. For example, if you wore our Azure set three times a week for five years, the cost per wear is only 49 cents!

Do you provide personalisation?
Only certain sets can be personalised for an additional RM35. It takes 7 working days to complete. Keep an eye out for future personalisable styles!
Can I add gift wrapping on my order?
Yes! When selecting a size for a garment, there is the option to add gift wrapping for RM10. Simply drop us a message via email to include a note to the recipient.
I need to change/cancel my order..
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. However, all orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that you might change your mind, we are unable to do it free of charge due to this reason.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee before the refund is issued. Alternatively, we are happy to offer you store credit for your future purchases.
Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed and shipped out and will be treated as a return. Please refer to our returns page for more information.
